Der Senior Financial Controller ist verantwortlich für die Überwachung des Budgets sowie die Analyse von Kosten und Abschlüssen.

Responsibilities
  • Unterstützung bei Aktivitäten im Rahmen des Monatsabschlussprozesses und Sicherstellung einer rechtzeitigen Bereitstellung 
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger ad-hoc-geschäfts- und finanzanalytischer Tätigkeiten 
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Managementpräsentationen
  • Vorbereitung von monatlichen/quartalsweisen/jährlichen Management- und Konzernberichten für leitende Führungskräfte und den Vorstand
  • Vorbereitung und Einreichung aller weltweiten Steuererklärungen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer angemessenen Kontrollstruktur
  • Unterstützung bei anderen Initiativen nach Bedarf
Requirements
  • Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling oder Rechnungswesen
  • Expertenkenntnisse in buchhalterischen Angelegenheiten
  • Gutes Verständnis von Zahlen und starke analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Software, insbesondere MS Office; Kenntnisse in SAP FI/CO/MM/HCM wären von Vorteil
  • Präzise, schnelle und proaktive Arbeitsmethoden unter Druck
  • Engagierter Teamplayer mit ausgeprägten zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf allen Hierarchieebenen und über alle Kanäle
  • Fließende Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift in Englisch und Deutsch

Your Job
The Senior Financial Controller is responsible for supervising the budget and analyzing costs and closings.
Responsibilities
  • Support activities within a month-end closing process and ensure timely delivery
  •  Perform regular and ad-hoc business and financial analyses
  • Support the preparation of management presentations
  • Preparing monthly/quarterly/annual management and Group reporting for senior executives and board
  • Preparation and filing of all tax returns worldwide
  •  Developing and implementing an appropriate control structure
  • Supporting other initiatives as needed.
Requirements
  • University degree in the fields of Business Administration or comparable qualification 
  • 5+ years’ work experience in the field of controlling or accounting
  • Expert knowledge about accounting matters
  • Good grasp of numbers and strong analytical skills
  •  Excellent knowledge of software, in particular MS Office, knowledge of SAP FI/CO/MM/HCM would be an advantage.
  • Precise, quick and proactive working methods when under pressure
  • Dedicated team player with great interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills throughout all hierarchy levels and through all channels
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
